Job Overview
This position requires experience in managing large groups of small businesses. Rounded Digital has an amazing list of growing clientele, and we are seeking someone to act as an ambassador to our clients. You will have daily communication with multiple clients regarding a diverse set of circumstances. We are seeking the type of person that takes pride in the clients they manage. Job Responsibilities
- Quick response time to support and all client communication.
- Updating clients on timelines
- Managing support queue and development team workflow
- Anticipating client needs!
- Forecasting workload.
- Actively participate in optimizing our development process by driving automation, and implementing cutting edge technologies and performance standards.
- Recognize, mitigate and help resolve financial or timeline issues with clients, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of projects prior to new client onboarding.
- Develop and manage website architectures.
- Being comfortable logging in and editing a WordPress website is a huge plus.
- Collaborate with other team members and clients, manage client onboarding procedures, and maintain regular, open and honest communication
- Assist in the management of quality assurance and performance audits
- Maintain professional knowledge by engaging in continual learning, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional training websites and publications
- Work onsite in our Denver location and sometimes at client locations
Job Requirements
- Greater than 3 years experience in this role (consistent freelance or agency setting)
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred that the candidate have a great foundation of current best practices in web and mobile standards, design, and emerging technologies & framework.
- Possess the ability to maintain personal standards higher than that of the client and teammates.
- Capable of autonomous work towards established goals, not being shy about asking questions when more information is needed and raising concerns when they become apparent.
