About The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Consultant for B2B sales with Rounded Digital. The role of a Business Development Consultant is to develop a steady stream of outbound lead and pipeline development. The ultimate goal is to turn those leads into the next new client you get to brag about.

Your outreach includes but is not limited to cold-calling, event attendance, cold-emailing, Social Media, gaining referral sources, pounding pavement, and any other range of traditional and non-traditional lead generation you can think of. You should be passionate about lead generation and always be on top of new technologies that allow for automation and efficiency.

You are constantly developing new relationships. You are extremely social. When you go to a restaurant, you introduce yourself to the bartender. And you remember their name. You are a unique and successful consultant in every business development role you have tackled. You know how it feels to crush your monthly goals. You know how it feels to build a list of amazing clients that you are proud of and love to brag about. You know how to take care of your clients and potential clients before and after a partnership is made. You want a long-term career that gives you a huge sense of pride. You have the ability to keep your composure in times of pressure and when conflict arises.

Responsibilities

Add a minimum of 125 new leads in the CRM at a minimum weekly – with primary decision-maker contact information.
Schedule 10 – 15 potential new client meetings per week.
Addition of 4 new clients per month.
Create Solutions around the client goals by creating multi mix product solutions centered around client goals and budget requirements.
Track and organize all activities through our CRM, Hubspot.
Run consultative meetings with a focus on identifying the primary needs of the potential client.
Keep the sales process alive by creating meaningful ongoing communication with potential clients.

Requirements

3+ Years Experience selling digital marketing services with an emphasis on website and SEO sales.
Ability to prospect 125 – 250 new potential clients each week.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of programming language and technical terminologies.
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
High degree of independent judgment.
