Project Details
Tripp Fence Company partnered with Rounded to create a professional, SEO-driven website that better reflects the company’s craftsmanship, reputation, and focus as a dedicated fencing contractor serving the South Shore of Massachusetts and surrounding areas.
Led by James Harkins, Tripp Fence Company grew out of a broader construction background and hands-on trade experience. James originally operated under Tripp Construction, but as fencing became the core of the business, he separated the fencing brand to create a more focused, professional online presence. During onboarding, James shared that fencing had become the company’s “bread and butter,” and the Tripp Fence Company name was intentionally created to align with how customers search for a local fence company.
The new website needed to move away from an outdated, overly broad contractor feel and position Tripp Fence Company as a specialized fencing company with the experience, systems, and service quality to support residential homeowners, property managers, HOAs, agricultural properties, and select commercial fencing needs.
Challenge
Tripp Fence Company needed a website that clearly separated the fencing business from the broader construction brand. The previous online presence did not fully support the company’s current direction and included outdated information, unclear service emphasis, and content that made the business feel more general than specialized.
One of the biggest challenges was focus. James wanted Tripp Fence Company to stand on its own as a professional fencing business, not appear like a handyman or general construction company that also installs fences. The site needed to build trust quickly, make the service offerings clear, and speak to the customers most likely to hire the company for fence installation, fence replacement, pool fencing, pet fencing, and residential property upgrades.
The website also needed to better reflect the company’s standards. Tripp Fence Company focuses heavily on craftsmanship, durability, quality materials, and reliable installation. James explained that he does not want to install low-quality materials just to offer the cheapest option, because his name is attached to the work. That commitment to materials, warranty, and workmanship needed to come through in the content.
Another challenge was service prioritization. The old site referenced commercial fencing more heavily than the business currently wanted to promote. While Tripp Fence Company is open to select commercial projects, James made it clear that the primary focus should be residential fencing, with commercial content kept more limited and aligned with realistic services like security fencing, perimeter fencing, chain link fencing, and certain property boundary needs.
Strategy
Rounded focused on creating a cleaner, more specialized website that positioned Tripp Fence Company as a trusted fence contractor for homeowners and property owners throughout the South Shore and nearby communities.
The content strategy centered around the company’s strongest and most important services: wood fencing, vinyl fencing, aluminum fencing, chain link fencing, pool fencing, fence repair, fence replacement, agricultural fencing, and custom gates. Instead of presenting every possible fence type or specialty as a separate priority, we organized the site around the services that best matched how customers search and what the company actually wants to sell.
We also refined the tone of the site to better match the company’s values. James described craftsmanship and durability as major guiding principles, along with choosing proper materials, standing behind the work, and creating a more personal experience for customers. That helped shape content that feels professional and trustworthy without sounding overly corporate.
Local SEO was also a major part of the strategy. The site needed to support searches across the South Shore of Massachusetts, including communities like Carver, Kingston, Plymouth, Pembroke, Hanover, Norwell, Marshfield, Scituate, Duxbury, and surrounding areas. Because the company also works in Rhode Island and serves a range of residential, agricultural, and property-based fencing needs, the location strategy needed to be clear without making the service area feel too narrow.
Solution
Rounded delivered a refreshed, service-focused website designed to help Tripp Fence Company look more professional, easier to understand, and better positioned for local search.
The homepage introduces the company as a trusted South Shore fence company with a strong focus on quality materials, reliable installation, and long-lasting fence solutions. From there, visitors can quickly explore the main fencing services, learn more about the company’s process, and request a quote.
The website content was organized around key service categories, including:
- Wood Fencing: Content focused on privacy, curb appeal, classic New England fence styles, and durable wood fence installation for residential properties.
- Vinyl Fencing: A service page built around low-maintenance fencing, clean appearance, privacy, and long-term value for homeowners.
- Aluminum Fencing: Messaging centered on pool fencing, security, visibility, and a clean, durable fence option for homes, yards, and property boundaries.
- Chain Link Fencing: A practical service page for homeowners and property owners looking for secure, cost-effective fencing for pets, yards, and functional spaces.
- Pool Fencing: A key service area for Massachusetts homeowners, with content focused on safety, code-conscious planning, and fences that help protect families while still fitting the look of the property.
- Fence Repair & Replacement: Content designed to support customers who may not need a full new fence immediately but still need help with damaged sections, aging materials, storm damage, or partial replacement.
- Agricultural & Specialty Fencing: A supporting section for farm, animal, and rural property needs, while keeping the main site focused on residential fence installation.
- Select Commercial Fencing: A refined commercial page that keeps the door open for appropriate commercial work without over-positioning the company as a large-scale commercial fencing contractor.
The site also improved conversion paths by making quote requests easier and helping customers understand what to expect when working with Tripp Fence Company. The content highlights the company’s personal approach, quality-over-quantity mindset, and commitment to using materials James feels confident standing behind.
Outcome
Launched in May 2026, the new Tripp Fence Company website gives the business a clearer and stronger foundation for local SEO, customer education, and lead generation.
The finished site better reflects who Tripp Fence Company is today: a specialized fence contractor with strong trade experience, a residential-first focus, and a commitment to durable materials and quality installation. By separating the fencing brand from the broader construction identity, the website helps potential customers immediately understand that fencing is not an add-on service — it is the core of the business.
The new website also gives Rounded a stronger structure for ongoing SEO work. With dedicated service pages, local service area targeting, improved messaging, and more intentional content organization, Tripp Fence Company is better positioned to compete in local search results across the South Shore and surrounding Massachusetts communities.
Most importantly, the site now reflects the qualities that make the business stand out: craftsmanship, reliability, personal service, and fence work built to last.
Client Testimonial
I own Tripp Fence Company and Tripp Construction and after working with another marketing company previously, I can honestly say the difference with this team has been night and day. From communication to strategy to actual results with web design and SEO they’ve exceeded my expectations at every step.
What stood out most was how responsive, professional, and genuinely invested they were in helping my business grow. Instead of giving generic advice, they took the time to understand my goals and created a marketing approach that actually made sense for my brand.
The previous company I worked with overpromised and underdelivered, but this team has been transparent, creative, and consistent from the beginning. I’ve seen better engagement, stronger lead generation, and overall much more confidence in where my marketing dollars are going.
If you’re looking for a marketing company that truly cares about results and client relationships, I highly recommend them.
